About Jamieson Electrical
Jamieson Electrical was established in 1988 by founder and Managing Director, Keith Jamieson.
Keith's career kick-started in 1984 when he embarked on an apprenticeship with Petersfield Electrical Services (PES), a NICEIC registered company.
During his time with PES Keith carried out a range of projects, providing him with a wide base from which to learn. From 1985 Keith decided that he would work after hours in order to maximise his experience and advance his skills. Three years later, after becoming approved himself, Keith said goodbye to PES in order to launch Jamieson Electrical.
The rapid development of Jamieson Electrical required Keith to extend his repertoire and so he attended the following courses:
- Business management courses run by Institute Of Electrical Engineers and Chichester Technical College
- Electrical design and testing courses with Brain Scaddan Associates
- Fire alarm design and installation with the FIA (BFPSA)
- AutoCad Lt
- Pro Design software by Amtech Software
- Power Quality and Harmonics
